Alpha Bat Pro develops communication controllers for EV charging stations. Our communication units are specifically designed to support the selected charging standards for electric vehicles (including electric buses) in accordance with IEC61851, ISO15118, and DIN 70121.

Here are some of the features that our communication units provide:

• Operation with DC (CHAdeMO, Combo-2 (CCS)) and AC (Type-2)
• Operation via CANOpen protocol
• Receiving charging session parameters and control commands via CAN interface

• Keeps the event log (logging) on the external flash drive with the FAT32 file system

The communication of the units with the main controller of the charging station is realized via a common CAN bus line, thus providing the possibility to combine various charging standards in any arbitrary order and quantity.

The prototype is provided to you for verification of compliance with all stated requirements and quality under its working conditions. At this stage, additional small revisions and wishes on your part can be identified.

The prototype is finalized to the full finished product, incorporating all the desired improvements and taking into consideration any additional requests made during the previous stage. Also determined and debugged the process of manufacturing the entire requested batch, and methods of subsequent transportation of the batch to you.

The product is subject to certification and testing in accordance with both our own mandatory manufacturing inspection cycle and your product certification requirements. The tests can be carried out in-house as well as by agreement with third parties, if required.

If the product fully meets your requirements, the technical specifications for manufacturing the product can be revised to series production, in order to provide you with a large number of units. As in the previous cases, it is our responsibility to manufacture, test, certify and deliver the products in series production.

We are responsible for the product provided, and we provide you with product support throughout the warranty period to ensure that the product performs to its full potential and meets your needs. The service includes technical advice, product maintenance and on-site troubleshooting.
