Brief
We produce an upgrade kit for existing car heating stations. Our kit transforms the car heating box
station so it can also works as a charging station for electric cars and other battery-based devices
(lawnmowers, vacuum cleaners, electric quadcopters, etc.) with billing of electricity consumption.

The problems of today's heating stations
Nearly all parking lots near homes and businesses are equipped with heating stations in Finland.
However, the vast majority of these stations have a number of drawbacks that limit their use and are
inconsistent with green energy and responsible consumption in sustainable city.

Supply Equipment Communication Controllers for EV charging stations
Alpha Bat Pro develops communication controllers for EV charging stations. Our communication units are specifically designed to support the selected charging standards for electric vehicles (including electric buses) in accordance with IEC61851, ISO15118, and DIN 70121.

The communication of the units with the main controller of the charging station is realized via a common CAN bus line, thus providing the possibility to combine various charging standards in any arbitrary order and quantity.
Power supply:
We put the product on the market according to the white label concept, which provides for the possibility to brand the product by the customer under his own trademark.
Here are some of the features that our communication units provide:
- Operation with DC (CHAdeMO, Combo-2 (CCS)) and AC (Type-2)
- Operation via CANOpen protocol
- Receiving charging session parameters and control commands via CAN interface
- Output of information about the progress and parameters of the current charging session via CAN interface
- Digital data exchange between the electric vehicle and the charging station
- Keeps the event log (logging) on the external flash drive with the FAT32 file system
- Ability to connect to a PC as an external flash drive
- External flash drives can be connected to a PC for subsequent export of log files
- Remote firmware update by means of the CAN interface

Prototype development
Once the technical requirements have been agreed upon, we proceed to the development of the electronics, software and design. All this is realized in the form of a documentation package, according to which the prototype is further manufactured and assembled. Before use, the prototype undergoes preliminary tests and debugging.
Prototype delivery and field change
The prototype is provided to you for verification of compliance with all stated requirements and quality under its working conditions. At this stage, additional small revisions and wishes on your part can be identified.
Follow-up revision
The prototype is finalized to the full finished product, incorporating all the desired improvements and taking into consideration any additional requests made during the previous stage. Also determined and debugged the process of manufacturing the entire requested batch, and methods of subsequent transportation of the batch to you.
Final testing and certification
The product is subject to certification and testing in accordance with both our own mandatory manufacturing inspection cycle and your product certification requirements. The tests can be carried out in-house as well as by agreement with third parties, if required.
Serial manufacturing
If the product fully meets your requirements, the technical specifications for manufacturing the product can be revised to series production, in order to provide you with a large number of units. As in the previous cases, it is our responsibility to manufacture, test, certify and deliver the products in series production.
After-sales service
We are responsible for the product provided, and we provide you with product support throughout the warranty period to ensure that the product performs to its full potential and meets your needs. The service includes technical advice, product maintenance and on-site troubleshooting.
